BA on high dpi monitors
Hi Tim, Back in 2018 I asked about how to improve BA's look on a 4K high dpi monitor? At the time, the problem seemed to be that the underlying wxPython toolkit had not been updated to support that feature yet. Since I keep seeing the text in BA rather blurry, I wonder if the situation has changed a...

Problem with AV-Strong Index
If I search for "charity" in AV-Strong Index, it returns 29 instances and 2 topics, but I think that's a bug. The second topic found is Strong's number G1161 (the first word in 1Cor 16:15), which has nothing to do whatsoever with "charity". It so happens that "charity" ...

Re: Bible Analyzer 5.3 Beta (Windows)
Thanks for your prompt answer, Tim. Somehow I keep forgetting about Verdana not having some transliteration characters. Also, I've noticed in the Module Download Manager that when I hover over a title, the words of "Excerpt from Module Information Page" in the pop-up seem to run one into a...

Re: Bible Analyzer 5.3 Beta (Windows)
I hope they fix it soon. So, what would be the ideal display resolution right now to show crystal-clear icons and text in BA?Tim wrote:No, not yet. It is the underlying toolkit (wxPython) that controls the display resolution but the wx developers are working on it from what I understand.
Thanks!

Re: Bible Analyzer 5.3 Beta (Windows)
I seem to have an issue with the transliteration font in StrongEx (see square in screenshot below). Does it display correctly on your end?

Re: Bible Analyzer 5.3 Beta (Windows)
Hi Tim,
Is there a preference/switch somewhere in BA to make it look better when working with high dpi monitors? I find the text looks blurry on a 4K display running Windows 10.
Thanks!

Re: 5.2 Beta (Mac)
No, I'm using a single 32" display at 2K resolution.Tim wrote:Thanks, Ruben. I got it and have tried to duplicate the error and cannot.
Do you have a dual monitor system? I don't for the Mac. Just a single.
