I have found the same issue in other modules, e.g Vincent commentary.

Is it a Mac thing? I can set the Hebrew Font but haven't found a way to change the Greek font.

Not sure you got this, the Mac version downloads the Windows update.

After installing the latest version, the About screen tells me it is 5.4.1.19.

Check for updates says I have the latest version, 5.4.1.18.

Oh, and the Finder says it is 5.4.1.15.
