Is there a manual.chm file in the folder? I thought there was. Does it not open with the F1 key or Manual Button?

Do you mean this option? It is not checked by default.
If you want to deselect the Bibles in the Bible Module List, just drag the cursor over all the names (while holding down the left button) to select them all then press the Space key to toggle.

Yes, the Terminal Win is just to make it easier to see any output on an error. It will be removed for the release.

The issue is Bible Analyzer need Python 3.10 while your distro only has 3.11 available. I plan on updating Bible Analyzer 5.6 to Linux once the next Ubuntu LTR comes out (4/24).
