First, do not try to copy or rename the .idx files. They are generated on each run if not found. Basically what they are is a list of topics for dcts or verses for cmts. The prefix is only there to alphabetically group modules of a certain type together. d = dictionary; s = Strong's; etc. That way the tabs are grouped.

Did the modules work ok at first and then quit working? On Linux sometimes deleting the config.ini will fix issues like that.

I just made some changes to the code to cause the highlighted verse to scroll into view on maximize/restore and on sash movement.

Only the Bible window will scroll. At present there is no way to determine the position of the other windows (Dct, Cmt, etc.)

You can make another cmt the default in Preferences so the TSK(e) won't display in both places. There will still be a TSKe tab in the Comments window, but it won't be displayed by default.

Yes, it is an encoding issue with the Hodge book module. V4 should fix the issue.
