LinuxMint 19.2
LinuxMint 19.2
I am using LinuxMint 19.2 and everything works great. I am slowly making my transition from Windows to Linux. As far as I know, this is the only Linux Bible software that is feature-rich for Linux Mint, Ubuntu and Debian. Keep up the great work!

Thank you very much!

The only issue you will run into is displaying Hebrew RTL. Otherwise BA does play nice on Linux!

Re: LinuxMint 19.2
If you look at the WLCi Bible you will see the text displayed from left to right when it should be from right to left. When Ubuntu moved from (I think version 17.04) they changed the display module Tim uses, and it no longer displays Hebrew correctly. When things are bumped to the 20.04 release Tim will have the Hebrew displaying correctly. Does that help?

Re: LinuxMint 19.2
Good to see that there is a solution. I am still learning Bible Analyzer and the many features that are available. Ubuntu is having its problems. When they moved to Unity it cost them. This is why I moved over to Linux Mint which is stable. Unfortunately Linux Mint uses some of the Ubuntu code. Thanks for the opportunity to explore the problem you are having. This has helped to understand BA many features.

Re: LinuxMint 19.2
I have been using Ubuntu Mate for a long time now. It as most derivatives is based off of Ubuntu (most derivatives are based off Ubuntu 19.04 right now). LM and Peppermint are based off Ubuntu 18.04. BA has a few display issues on both LM 19.2 and UM 19.04, but they are not show-stoppers. For anyone doing a lot of work in Hebrew the right-to-left issue is a show-stopper. But Tim is working on that!
Re: LinuxMint 19.2
I'm trying to learn my way around Linux and I just purchased the new RaspberryPi 4 and loaded Rasbian Buster on it. Then I decided to try BA which I have used on my Surface computer in the past. It appears to work very well on the Pi.
I say this to point out that anyone can have access to BA at a very cheep price.
Thank you for offering BA in Linux.
