2 verses in Isa 38 are out of sequence

Find attached of a fairly self-explanatory picture. In Isa 38, verses 21 and 22 follow verse 6, then resumes with v 7

Got it sorted... It seems that some translators, in a bid to make the text of Isa 38 harmonize with the parallel account in 2 Kings, insert those two verses where it mirrors the flow of 2Kings... mea culpa
