Cross Reference Panel Bug in MacOS 13

Ever since I upgraded my Apple laptop to MacOS 13 (Ventura), the Cross-Reference panel no longer appears. Even when I click on its icon, nothing happens. I'm currently using BA version 5.4.1.19.

I managed to solve my own problem some time later. I noticed that whenever I clicked on the CR icon (top right corner of the Bible window) all that happened was that a random text box would appear hovering over the Bible book list on the left of the window. I discovered that if I clicked and dragged on this "ghost" text box, four icons would appear on my Bible window, one on the top, one on the bottom, one on the right side, and one on the left side. Whichever of these icons I "dropped" the text box onto became the location of my Cross References window. So, I got it working again; I just don't know what caused it to disappear to begin with.
