Print a Module

Is it possible to print an entire module at one time rather than printing page by page? The page by page print appears to be the only option as far as I can tell.

Edited to add: There is a way to print a chapter at a time, which is better than a page at a time, but still more time-consuming than printing an entire book/module at one time.

No, there is no way to print an entire title at once. One reason is because of copyright issues with some titles and the other is the larger titles would overwhelm some systems printing functions.
