How to link footnote inside Commentary, Dictionary and Book modules, is it different form bible modules or the same? Please give me some suggestion.

Book.
<a href="book://title/chapter">%s</a>

Commentary,
<a href="comm/ABBR://%s">%s</a>

Dictionary,
<a href="dict/ABBR://%s">%s</a>

The ABBR must be the tab name of the title, like "Scofield".
The "%s" in the link must be the specific topic or cmt reference, like "aaron" or "Joh 3:16"

Thank you so much for your response. Is it possible to link without a topic in the same module name?
How do I use these links?
<a href="part0012_split_001.html#AgriculturalCalendar" class="calibre7">2. Agricultural Calendar</a>
<a id="AgriculturalCalendar"></a>
<a href="part0019_split_001_split_001.html#id9780805428360ddd00906" class="calibre7">7. Miracles of Jesus</a>
<a id="id9780805428360ddd00906"></a>

No, there must always be a topic/ref in the link as shown in the previous post.
