To open the Daily Devotions Viewer, click the Toolbar Icon or press F9
The Viewer contains four tabs with various daily features.
The first tab in the Daily Devotions Viewer is an Prayer List Editor. The list editor will
automatically open and save to file prayer.xml in the Users folder when the Daily
Devotions Viewer is opened/closed. The editor has many of the same editing features
as ScripturePad and the Notes Editor.
The second tab is the Journal. The Journal is linked to the current day which can be
changed with the Calendar control at the bottom left corner. Common formatting tools
are available in the toolbar plus an Export Button which will export all Journal entries,
along with the day, to an RTF file.
The third tab is the Daily Bible Reading page which present several plans for reading the
Bible daily. To start a plan, select the plan and Bible version from the two drop down
menus and then click the Start Reading From Today button in the toolbar. The page will
then display the first entry of the plan and progress daily until it is completed.
There is an option to view the text in verse or paragraph view.
The fourth tab is the Daily Devotions Viewer. It will display a different devotion for each
day of the year. All loaded devotion modules are available in the Drop Down Menu.
Near the bottom left corner is a drop-down calendar from which the user can select
another date. Changing the date will affect the Daily Journal, Daily Bible Reading, and
Daily Devotions display.
