User Markup/Highlighting

Words can be marked or highlighted with up to six different colors from the Highlight Button and Menu. Plus Static Markup features are available.


User Markup

The dropdown menu by the Highlight Button in the Bible Panel Toolbar offers six colors to choose from for highlighting.

To highlight, select a color from the menu, select some text in the Bible, then click the Highlight Button in the Toolbar (or press Ctrl+H).

Note:
Highlighting is on a word level. Even if only part of a word is selected, the whole word will be highlighted.

Navigation
The next or previous marked verses can be found by selecting View/Next Verse With User Markup or View/Previous Verse With User Markup in the Main Menu.


Export/Loading User Markup
User Markup can be exported and reloaded by using the Export/Load User Markup items in the Markup Menu. Thus multiple files can be made with different text markup and loaded at any time.


Static Markup

Static Markup is previously made markup data that cannot be directly changed by the user. It is indicated by underlining of the text. The markup data can be made from converted user markup or from properly formatted text files.

A few Static Markup files are included with Bible Analyzer such as  The Commandments of Jesus, One Syllable Verses, and Questions Jesus Asked. When one of these filse is loaded into the Bible Panel, Notice will be made in the header while data set is loaded and the verses will be underlined as seen here,

The next or previous marked verses can be found by selecting View/Next Verse With Static Markup or View/Previous Verse With Static Markup in the Main Menu.
