Change Reference in Commentary View - No Change Initiated

Hi. Running 5.6 on Ubuntu Unity 24.04. I created a commentary by copying and pasting text into Notes keyed to the first verse of each commentary topic. I can go to a "Note" verse in Bible window, click the "N" and the appropriate commentary language shows up in the Commentary win...

Re: Pasting a .png into an .htm document

Tim, it worked! Now I just need to work on shrinking the width and height so the entire image shows in the SPad window.

Thanks, colojohn

Re: Pasting a .png into an .htm document

For whatever reason, the board let me copy and paste the code this time. <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/> <title>default</title> <meta name="generator" content="LibreOffice 7.3.7.2 (Linux)"/> <m...

Re: Pasting a .png into an .htm document

ScripturePad saves any pasted images as inline base64 data. You can examine the saved .htm file to see if the data is there. You can also try saving a smaller image as a test. The image should display in your default browser as well if opened with it. IF you still have trouble send me a small .htm ...

Pasting a .png into an .htm document

Good morning!

I created a flow-chart about how Scripture is inspired and preserved and saved it as a .png file. I then pasted the .png into my S-Pad document. The graphic didn't appear to save. Just an empty box.

Is there a way to save graphics into the S-Pad (or Notes) editor?

Thanks!

Where does S-Pad save new content?

I have added two new short essays to S-Pad and saved them to the location set in Preferences > Save to Cloud > Current Sync Folder /home/john/Dropbox/Bible Analyzer When I open that folder with Ubuntu 22.04's file browser, I see both of them saved as .html files Screenshot from 2024-07-27 10-01-05 A...

Print a Module

Is it possible to print an entire module at one time rather than printing page by page? The page by page print appears to be the only option as far as I can tell. Thanks, John M Edited to add: There is a way to print a chapter at a time, which is better than a page at a time, but still more time-con...
