Problem with launching BA on Win 11 HP Spectre x360

I've tried nearly everything (remove/reinstall BA; disabled Defender, etc). What's weird is that it was working fine about 5 weeks ago, but today I went to open the program and I got the hourglass timer for about three seconds, and then it still doesn't open.

May be a corrupted file. If you tried Tools/Reset Bible Analyzer, try deleting everything in your
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Bible Analyzer
and
C:\ProgramData\Bible Analyzer\Modules
and
Documents\Bible Analyzer User Modules
folders and reinstall Bible Analyzer
