Problem with Themes and Torrey

i clicked on the word 'fear' in 1 Peter 1:7 and found that the Themes and Torrey dictionary tabs did not indicate the word was in that dictionary tool. However, when typing in the word 'fear', the dictionary topic is indeed found.

That's a limitation of the entry lookup in those tools. In the Dictionary of Bible Themes, the author (Martin Manser) probably should have added a cross-reference for Fear in 1 Peter 1:17, but he didn't. Clicking on the word cannot find it in the entries, because in Manser's tool, all entries are prefixed by a unique number. In that case, "8754-fear". Since "fear" alone does not match "8754-fear", that's why it wasn't found.

The situation is a bit different for Torrey's Topical Textbook. His entries are two words each ("Fear, Godly" and "Fear, Ungodly"), and the single word "Fear" does not match either of those.

I suppose it might be possible to ask if Bible Analyzer could be set up to search the Dictionaries by word (substring) instead of searching by the full entry. That would slow down the search, of course.
